I must say that Celine Dion's modern interpretation is perhaps the one I would use to teach proper French pronunciation. Her French R is PARRRRFAIT (Perfect)! Sorry Regine Crespin, but Celine sounds more French than you. C'est vrai! She gurgles her Rs like Edith Piaf! Bravissimo Celine. You are my new Opera Idol! This is another wonderful musical crossover. I would love to hear Celine sing more opera!
